Developed for Century 21 Australia and later enhanced for Century 21 Canada, Property Mogul is a rich web app game simulating the property market within the fictional city of Centropolis.
The app is standalone within it's own minisite, Facebook connected to allow players wall posting and competition with their friends.

As lead developer, I created the entire application with Flash and ActionScript 3. I also created all audio and music and provided the design work for the UI, game logo, title screen and a small portion of the game assets.
